She is Dr. Kenael Segal (she/her). She is a Jamaican-born human being currently living in the United States (New Jersey) with her family. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, Pilates instructor, physical therapist, and mind-body well-being coach. As a highly sensitive person, she is passionate about promoting social change through radical self-love, compassion, and joy.
She has a deep love for the body, movement, and healing. Inspired by the natural flow of the Universe, she looks to nature for guidance. This journey of life has led her to develop programs and offerings that cultivate balance in the body and equanimity of the spirit.
She helps individuals heal their mind, body, and spirit through the mindful movement of yoga, meditation, and daily self-care rituals and routines. Her teachings are for those who want to connect to their intuition and experience freedom from the pressures of society.


Dr. Dionne Middlebrooks is the owner of Reign Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC in Stockbridge, GA. She operates a mobile practice that services various areas in the Atlanta metropolitan area in Georgia. With a diverse background, she is unique in that she has successfully managed and treated in a wide range of environments and across the age
spectrum. Dr. Dionne holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and has since become a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. After several years in the field of physical therapy and recognizing the lack of providers for pelvic health related concerns, she decided to broaden her scope to better serve this often- overlooked population. Dr. Dionne specializes in pelvic health issues for both adult male and female clients, pregnancy/postpartum care, and athletic performance. In addition to her clinical engagement, she is a board member for the Georgia chapter of the National Association of Black Physical Therapists and serves as a mentor in their Each One Teach One program.

When she is not working, she enjoys running, eating, and reading. Life outside of work is just as busy, as she is the wife of a military veteran and mother of three children. As a mother and former track & field All-American sprinter, she understands the demands of life at each stage and uses her outlook to help her clients achieve their goals. She also uses her own experiences to help encourage others in her personal blog called Work, Life, Empower.


Dr. Esther Amagoh, PT, DPT, is a residency-trained Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Specialist. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health Education and Physical Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University. After completing a Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation residency, Dr. Amagoh helped start a hospital-based pelvic floor physical therapy practice in Virginia. She relocated to Houston, Texas in 2016, where she provided care as one of the Physical Therapy Specialists at the Women’s Hospital of Texas. She treats dysfunctions of the pelvis and its surrounding organs and musculature in women and men. Dr. Esther N. Amagoh, PT, DPT, has almost 10 years of concentrated experience in treating sexual impairments, pregnancy, and postpartum impairments, digestive disorders, and bowel and bladder dysfunctions, along with some general muscular and skeletal impairments as a Physical Therapist. She is an active member of societies that focus on pelvic pain and sexual medicine. She has been a speaker at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Women’s Health Modules and seminars related to pelvic floor health all over the world. She enjoys community involvement and activities that increase education and awareness for women’s and men’s pelvic health.


Dr. Olson earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Pacific University and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University, graduating as a member of the Jesuit National Honor Society. She holds a Certification of Achievement in pelvic floor physical therapy (CAPP-PF) from the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pelvic Floor Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute. She is also a certified Stott Pilates instructor and RRCA-certified running coach.
She is the president and chief clinical officer of Intimate Rose, where she develops pelvic health products and education. She is passionate about empowering women and men with pelvic health issues, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy, and post-partum issues.
Dr. Olson teaches internationally on various pelvic health topics, including pelvic floor dysfunction in runners. She has written newspaper and magazine articles on pelvic floor dysfunction and running and also authored the book Restoring the Pelvic Floor For Women.

Erica Smith (she/her) is an award-winning sexuality educator and consultant with over 20 years of experience. She received her Master of Education from Widener University's Center for Human Sexuality Studies. In 2019, she developed the Purity Culture Dropout™️ Program to help people learn all of the sex education that they missed growing up in purity culture- sex ed that is accurate, queer inclusive, trauma informed, compassionate, and comprehensive.

She is a Board-Certified Integrative and Holistic Family Physician who specializes in sexual health and consent. In addition to practicing medicine, she was the Executive Director of SexPositive Portland from 2018-2020. She teaches other health care providers on sex-positivity, destigmatizing STIs, and having a more open attitude toward alternative sexual practices and relationship styles. life for women all around the world! Before attending medical school, Dr. Teresa Irwin was inducted into the Sigma
Theta Tau International Honor Society of nursing and she worked as a nurse for many years. Dr. Teresa Irwin is board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (FPMRS), previously known as urogynecology. Dr. Irwin is one of less than 1,500 board certified FPMRS in the United States and the only one between San Antonio and Austin, TX. She also serves as an expert witness on female pelvic dysfunctions. She provides women of all ages essential education, female empowerment, advanced female pelvic medicine, reconstructive surgery of the pelvic floor, and gynecologic aesthetic surgery. Her philosophy is to present extraordinary healthcare throughout a woman's life by treating the whole person (body, mind, and spirit). She wants to provide the information that will empower women to take an active role in their own reproductive health, during all stages of their lives.
Dr. Irwin’s own personal experiences inspire her passion for helping women reclaim control over their lives. She described her experience in her chapter in the internationally best selling book, Ignite Your Health and Wellness.
